Wonderful stay, as always. Beautiful room with comfortable bed and splendid sea views. Very very helpful staff with smiles. The pool area is clean too. Not to mention free Wi-Fi. Location right by a restaurant that was in English and local café, shops. A super close walk to Cong Vien Hoa ha Long and other tourist attractions.

the lobby and elevators were jaw, droppingly spacious, and the pool and gym were super impressive. the staff, especially Ms. Ha, were incredibly helpful and professional, going ABOVE AND BEYOND to arrange a last, minute airport transport.
